SOIC/SOJ Packing in Tubes and Tape and Reel

The SOIC and the SOJ are small-outline surface-mounted plastic IC packages. They have the same package outlines but differ in the types of leads they use. The SOIC has gull wing leads while the SOJ has J-formed leads.

SOIC and SOJ units may be shipped in tubes or tape and reel. Table 1 below shows some packing data when these packages are shipped in tube or tape and reel.
